Step 1:
Fold the filter paper into a cone shape. Find more info on how to fold here.
Step 2:
Once you have your cone, place the filter paper into the Chemex. Then place your coffee into the filter.
Step 3:
Pour a small amount of hot water in a circular motion over the coffee ground to wet them , and wait for 30 seconds for the grounds to bloom.
Step 4:
Slowly pour the remaining water over the grounds in a circular motion while keeping the water level at least 2 cm below the rim.
Step 5:
Once the desired amount of coffee is brewed, lift out the filter, containing the damp grounds, and dispose.
Step 6:
Pour your coffee and enjoy!
