KEY FACTS
Guatemala is a goldmine for coffee farmers, the tropical climate paired with the mountainous terrain prove to be the perfect environment for growing amazing coffee. Harvested from December to April, Guatemalan coffee has many different varieties, typically holding a rich, crisp and chocolatey flavour.
We source our Guatemalan coffee from Santa Rosa which is located in the south of the country, bordering the Pacific Ocean. Santa Rosa, home to the Soledad mountains, is a region who’s economy is largely driven by agriculture, especially coffee and livestock farms. Our Guatemalan coffee holds a full aroma with light chocolate notes, a creamy body and sweet flavour.
